Company Overview

Epic Resources is an Australian-based exploration company established primarily to acquire, explore, evaluate and exploit uranium deposits and explore prospective uranium tenements and other minerals.

The Board has a broad range of experience in the commercial dealings and minerals exploration industry including detailed knowledge of corporate, legal, financial and technical aspects of managing and promoting exploration companies.

The Quartz Hill Project contains uranium-REE rich pegmatites, brecciated pegmatites, tension gash mineralisation, strong "bullseye" magnetic highs and strong regional sodic/pottasic alteration within the Arunta Province in the Harts Ranges, 160 km ENE of Alice Springs, Northern Territory.

The region is prospective for uranium mineralisation, with several uranium anomalies identified in the general area, including Yambla. The immediate target within the project is granitic pegmatite with uraniferous rare-earth minerals, which occur in several places identified to date.

The Uranium spot price has increased from US$31 per pound on 30 June 2010, to US$53 pound on 1 November 2010.

Rare earth elements are also trading near or above historical highs.

In addition to seeking to earn a 75% interest in the Quartz Hill Project, the Company intends to pursue new projects in the resources sector, both in Australia and overseas, by way of acquisition or investment.  These projects may include other types of minerals, including, without limitation, coal, iron ore, copper, gold, manganese, tin, nickel and tungsten.

The Company has entered into a corporate mandate arrangement with Resource Venture Capital Partners to secure copper projects for the Company in the future.
